In August 2010 the headline of the Mail on Sunday featured compensation given to the family of Robert Fletcher who was injured by the MMR. Of course, no compensation is ever paid for autism; it is paid for encephalitis, epilepsy or mitochondrial disease. Even though all these other conditions are associated with autism, it's impossible to prove the cause and effect. The Autism Post argues that we need a good understanding of mechanism - in autism and all the other neuro-degenerative and neuropsychiatric conditions that afflict our society today. We might then stop causing the problems before it's too late.
I am very sorry to hear about your son. The excuses the medical profession will come up with to avoid the obvious are despicable. I try to focus on the fact that vaccines are by nature harmful due to their ingredients so neurological damage is a likely outcome in a developing baby.
What is interesting is that I found reference to a Dr. Sundara Lingham who "...admitted that he inappropriately completed the Prescriptions at the request of Kool Pharma Limited (the ‘Pharmacy’)."
Very interesting and presume it is the same doctor involved. The case looks like a pretty straightforward case of misconduct. The Fletcher family may be very interested to see the GMC report - if anyone is in touch with them (I'm not but please pass on article and comments if you are).

Assuming it is the same person this brings into question his dissenting judgement, albeit it was before the issues with the prescriptions.
